Summary of Position: The Operations Assistant is part of a team of top-notch professionals who ensure Princeton Review students achieve their goals by supporting an outstanding classroom experience. Operations Assistants interact with teachers by telephone and email and provide expert advice, timely information, and compassionate support. Operations Assistants are empowered with the tools, resources, and permissions to always do what’s best for our students and teachers, which drives the word-of-mouth that is critical to the organization’s success. This is a part-time position for a total of 28 hours per week.
Pay: $15.00 per hour based on a 20-28 hour work week
