VP, Engineering

• Provide strategic and technical leadership to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in software development methodologies, project management, quality assurance, and release management.
• Oversee data collection, warehousing, analytics, and visualization initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers.
• Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts with other business functions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of full-stack engineering experience, and 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within an engineering organization.
• Strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tools within the eCommerce space.
• 7+ years of experience in managing and scaling engineering teams.
• Ability to travel on a quarterly basis for meetings and team meetups in our NYC office as needed.
• Experience in product development in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Pay range: $250K - $280K
