As Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the talent acquisition function at Scott’s Cheap Flights. This includes sourcing, recruitment, recruiting-related compliance, DEI, budgeting, and employee experience. You will work across all departments to help scale their teams and ensure we are hiring the best and brightest to Scott’s Cheap Flights using the best strategies and processes in order to continue developing our culture. Over the next 12 months, we will be doubling the size of the team, hiring anywhere from 25 to 40 new team members in order to continue delivering the best possible experience for our members and team.
