Part-Time Social Media Content Creator (Contract)

• Own and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring consistent, high-quality posting across all major channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Concept, script, and produce original short-form video content for TikTok and Reels that aligns with Grow’s brand voice and goals.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief in content needs that support company campaigns, initiatives, and seasonal priorities.
• Partner with the paid social team to identify and source high-performing content from creators and influencers.
• Write and edit captions and copy for social posts across platforms, maintaining an approachable, trustworthy tone.
• Track content performance and engagement trends to inform ongoing strategy and optimization.

• Proven experience managing and creating content for brand or personal social channels, with a focus on short-form video.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation and editing.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Creative, proactive, and deeply familiar with social and cultural trends.
• Highly organized and able to work collaboratively across teams.
• Approximately 20 hours per week, 5 days a week; remote-friendly with preference for candidates based in New York.

Pay range: $60 - $80p/h
