Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Platforms, the Senior Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the vision and roadmap for our care experience, and refining our coaching services, which is a key part of how we provide care. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact, driving advancements that contribute to our overarching mission.

What you will do:

Communicate and Champion the Product Vision: work with cross-functional stakeholders to clearly define and advocate for a compelling product vision that transforms our coaching experience. Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance care delivery, optimize operational efficiencies, and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes and revenue performance.
Lead Cross-functional Teams: Direct and inspire a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, care leaders, and designers. Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and post-launch iteration—ensuring that each phase meets high standards of quality, operational effectiveness, and revenue impact.
Strategic Collaboration: Actively participate in quarterly roadmap and business planning, collaborating with key stakeholders across engineering, clinical, finance, and operations. Ensure that all product initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, balancing user needs with operational constraints and revenue opportunities.
Ensure High Quality, Reliability, and Effectiveness: Develop robust product capabilities that prioritize user safety, clinical effectiveness, and operational reliability while complying with data privacy regulations. Implement measurement frameworks to monitor key performance indicators—including operational efficiencies and financial outcomes—and iterate on the product to continuously enhance its impact.
