4–6+ years of experience in data analytics, customer analytics, or business intelligence within an eCommerce company
Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience querying large datasets
Strong experience analyzing customer, subscription, or lifecycle data
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with metrics such as retention, churn, LTV, cohort analysis, and engagement
High attention to detail and strong ownership of data accuracy and reporting quality
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience in subscription, DTC, or healthcare/wellness businesses is nice to have
Experience supporting lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, or CRM initiatives is nice to have
Familiarity with CDPs, marketing platforms, or event-based data models is nice to have
Experience building dashboards in tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar is nice to have
Experience mentoring junior analysts or contributing to analytics best practices is nice to have
