Strong technical foundation with experience working closely alongside Product and Engineering teams to influence product development.
Proven ability to gather, synthesise, and communicate customer requirements into impactful product roadmaps.
Experience engaging directly with early adopters to validate product-market fit and drive adoption of new technologies.
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting pre-sales activities, technical solutioning, or complex customer engagements.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while independently developing market insights and strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.
Hands-on technical background with the ability to read and understand code; previous software engineering or product management experience is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and DeFi, with the ability to engage credibly with highly technical customers.
Experience with privacy technologies, decentralized applications, smart contracts, or early-stage product launches is a strong advantage.
