About the Role:

The Offline Marketing Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing all offline marketing Campaigns for customer acquisition. This individual will work cross-functionally with digital marketing, product, growth, Credit risk, credit bureaus and partnerships teams to develop and execute direct mail campaigns across products.

We are seeking a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented individual to lead direct mail campaign initiatives for our Personal Loans and Personal Lines of Credit products. The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end direct mail programs within a highly regulated financial service environment, and a strong grasp of acquisition strategies.

This role is responsible for overseeing campaign planning, audience segmentation, creative execution, testing, analysis, and optimization to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

This role will be based in San Francisco, CA in a hybrid capacity.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute direct mail strategies to support acquisition goals for Personal Loans and Personal Lines of Credit.
Own the campaign calendar, working with cross-functional partners to align with product launches, seasonality, and performance insights.
Manage creative briefs, approvals, and vendor relationships to ensure on-time and compliant mail delivery.

Targeting & Segmentation:

Partner with data and analytics teams to define audience segments using company and third-party data.
Implement robust A/B testing frameworks to optimize creative, offers, and targeting.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

Measure and analyze performance of offline campaigns using internal tools and analytics.
Continuously improve campaign effectiveness based on learnings and data insights.
