Minimum of 8+ years of experience in retail education preferably with a hair or wellness brand
Experience creating educational content for a retail brand within Ulta or Sephora is a requirement; must demonstrate deep knowledge of retail education, adult learning, and facilitation.
Clear understanding of the critical path from development to execution, especially with tracking spend, collateral development, multi-tasking, education/marketing.
Content Creation experience, ability to produce engaging, high-quality internal and consumer facing education and event programs.
Leads, mentors and inspires cross-functional teams, both in-person and remote, fostering a culture of collaboration, development, and high performance.
Strategic thinking approach; ability to translate data and insights into actionable education and event strategies.
Must possess strong commercial instincts paired with organizational and time management skills.
Possess excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and people skills.
Strong computer skills, including MS Excel/Word/Power Point.
Willingness to travel as needed, up to 50% across the US.
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to embrace change and quickly pivot when needed.
Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize new and modern ways to drive education.
