Overview:

As our Senior Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a content strategy to build brand awareness, generate and progress the pipeline, and increase customer retention for LivePerson. You will own the production and drive the distribution and performance of high-quality marketing assets, with an emphasis on long-form editorial content, customer stories, industry thought leadership, and data-driven storytelling. Reporting to our Senior Director of Marketing, you will partner closely with other teams across marketing, sales, and product, and help solidify LivePerson’s position as a global leader in enterprise Conversational AI.

You will:

Pitch and create high-quality content that educates and inspires our audience, differentiates our brand, and meets our business objectives.
Write and edit a variety of marketing assets, including ebooks and white papers, blog posts and bylines, customer stories and case studies, newsletters, webinar talk tracks and video scripts.
Develop, craft, and launch a series of data-driven industry reports, infographics, and other content that leverages the billions of customer conversations we power on a monthly basis.
Incorporate content marketing best practices for search engine optimization and analytics.
Help build and manage a bench of freelance writers.
Conduct strategic content assessments (qualitative and quantitative) to identify content opportunities to support our business and customers' needs.
Leverage data analysis, user research, and content audits to inform your strategic content decisions.
Work cross-functionally with teams like design, product marketing, and sales to identify and execute content opportunities.
Map content needs and requests against our customer lifecycle.
Identify innovative ways to integrate generative AI and conversational design into LivePerson’s content strategy.
