7+ years of industry experience in the design, development, customization, and deployment of identity management and governance products.
Thorough domain knowledge of Identity and Access Governance (IAG), including User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SOD).
Expertise in Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge.
Experience with Web Services (REST/SOAP) and Directories.
Hands-on experience with Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs.
Proven ability to interact directly with customers, manage relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Strong background in technical presentations and communication, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of security and authorization models for popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Oracle EBS, or Salesforce. (Preferred)
Experience working in a startup or consulting environment. (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. (Preferred)
