As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will use your awesome customer support and relationship skills to build and nurture the loyalty of our customers who are using one or more of our products & services.

You will have the ability to build relationships by being able to have conversations that promote our products and services by being educational and informative.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build & nurture relationships using an informative & educational process with customers who have questions and concerns about their products ranging from deployment, usage and challenges.
  • Provide informative, thoughtful and powerful conversations when working with customers to match them with the right product.
  • Work with customers to develop positive outcomes for customers projects.
  • Reduce churn by employing retention and save strategies.


  • Have an understanding of the web hosting industry including its services such as Shared, Reseller, VPS and Dedicated Server hosting.
  • Have strong customer service skills with the ability to express empathy and enthusiasm for a customer-focused experience.
  • Strong ability to provide and correctly identify customer needs or concerns.
