  • Monitor the health of the portfolio and manage the client life cycle.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure client engagement with Newsela’s solutions.
  • Manage customers through the Newsela Customer Journey.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.

Experience

  • 3+ years of enterprise level CSM experience in Educational Technology.
  • Demonstrated history of hitting and exceeding company OKRs.
  • Capability to drive customer retention and forecast accurately.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and build strategic plans.
  • Proven history of partnering with Sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Regular travel to meet with customers and prospects, depending on business needs.
  • Gainsight and Salesforce (SFDC) experience is a plus.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $85K - $88K
