Member Support Representative

  • Empathetically interact with members during live inbound calls.
  • Document interactions and ongoing resolutions for seamless follow-up.
  • Ensure member records are accurate and complete.
  • Multitask using internal tools to verify eligibility and benefits, communicating this information during calls.
  • Field questions about the purpose and importance of telenutrition.
  • Match members with the right dietitian and find suitable appointment times.
  • Assist members with platform and account troubleshooting.
  • Work with internal and external partners on food delivery and grocery ordering queries.
  • Maintain accountability when handling sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with peers and leaders to find accurate solutions to complex problems.

Experience

  • Reliable high-speed internet access with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
  • Experience working in a support role, either in person or on live calls.
  • Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing.
  • Experience handling sensitive information, including PII and PHI, with a basic understanding of HIPAA.
  • A private, secure, and quiet workspace.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM PST.
