Seasonal Print Quality Support Representative - 2026

• Respond to calls, emails, and chats from customers and resolve all concerns with empathy and accurate information.
• Act as the primary expert for live contacts, guide the customer through the order replacement process, identify root causes, and provide immediate solutions.
• Review incoming requests to determine issue origins, ensure accurate vetting and documentation.
• Open and navigate Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop files to diagnose issues and edit design files.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer transition from general support to the Print Quality queue.
• Record detailed technical data in Salesforce to track trends and issues.
• Ensure accurate documentation and preparation of replacement orders for the Processing Team.

• Must reside in specified states (AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI) for consideration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro; Lightroom is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Google Suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment and take feedback well.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day.

Pay range: $18.65 - $20.32p/h
