  • Analyze data from multiple sources to make recommendations and guide customer behavior effectively.
  • Understand objectives and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Deeply understand your book of business, knowing your customers and their goals.
  • Guide customers consistently, anticipate/resolving risks, and aligning on success criteria.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by engaging stakeholders towards a shared vision.
  • Apply best practices from other customers for consulting.
  • Tailor communications based on customer data to position strategy and ROI.
  • Champion the development of Customer Success Plans and vet alignment with clients.
  • Complete activities to ensure customer satisfaction and value from the platform.
  • Connect with internal teams to maximize customer experience.
  • Stay informed on sales and revenue trends for industry credibility.
  • Partner with Account Executives in renewals and expansion strategies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in CSM, Account Management, or similar roles in SaaS.
  • Knowledge of Sales Engagement or Marketing Automation Software and CRM integration.
  • Strategic and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize data for decision-making.
  • Strong initiative and self-starter attitude.
  • Effective active listening skills with strong communication abilities.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in managing complex or strategic clients and driving tool adoption.
  • Domain knowledge in sales processes or go-to-market strategies.

Pay range: $145K - $175K
