Senior Executive Assistant (Marketing & Professional Services/Customer Success)

• Manage daily calendars and executive travel, solving complex scheduling situations.
• Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and track action items.
• Spearhead planning for larger sales & marketing events.
• Communicate directly on behalf of the Sales & Marketing teams both internally and externally.
• Work with C-level leaders and tenured GTM teams on business rhythms and events.
• Execute special projects and manage events, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate the CRO's needs, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine urgency and appropriate courses of action.
• Maintain records and files, including confidential information, and manage CRM data.
• Process and reconcile expenses accurately.
• Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through.
• Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers.
• Assist with expense reports, budgeting, and potentially procurement.

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment.
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
• Resourceful with problem-solving skills.
• Energetic and fast learner with ability to anticipate needs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Superior organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with GTM and/or Marketing teams is a plus.

Pay range: $85K - $155K
