Wedding Concierge

• Host 30-minute consultations to help customers personalize their design choices and generate revenue
• Actively support revenue growth by leveraging soft sales strategies and tactics
• Upsell and cross-sell during all consultations
• Serve as dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador
• Answer questions about Minted’s full suite of products and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed
• Document customer interactions in CRM
• Use support tools and training to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share with leadership
• Attain the highest quality possible, accountable for Quality and Productivity KPIs
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management

• Confidently guide customers through Minted’s product and service offerings
• Personable and engaging, building relationships with customers
• Able to take direction and learn new procedures quickly
• Open to feedback for continuous improvement
• Technologically adept; familiarity with eCommerce a plus
• Able to meet flexible/variable hour schedule including weekends
• Strong sales orientation
• Calm, professional working environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, organized, and able to follow through
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience working with customers, preferably at a premium brand
• Sales, concierge, or account management experience required

Pay range: $20.40 - $29.18p/h
