Concept, design, and implement high-level creative branding, display advertising, print, web, illustrations/infographics, and presentations based on creative briefs.
Ensure that quality and brand standards are maintained throughout the entire creative process.
Lead, inspire, and oversee a team of creatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Establish close partnerships across the company, and liaise with marketing and corporate design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
Provide guidance and direction in the creation of visually stunning designs for marketing materials, executive presentations, websites, digital ads, and other assets.
Manage work timelines effectively across multiple projects.
Present work to internal partners that consistently meets or exceeds expectations.
Iterate and edit design work based on team feedback.
Act as a supporting role for the Corporate Creative Director.
Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to guide creative decisions and strategies.

Experience

In-depth knowledge of design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a must, After Effects, Premiere recommended), along with Microsoft PowerPoint.
Proven work experience as an Art Director or similar role.
Portfolio of completed design projects.
Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts.
Attention to visual details.
Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate, and assist in managing the team.
Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
