Build and adapt motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
Prepare multi-format deliverables for web, social media, and presentations.
Implement stakeholder feedback with clear communication and efficient revisions.
Manage and maintain organized project structures and file naming conventions.
Use modern AI-assisted tools for rough cuts and audio enhancement.
Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and creative leads.
Plan and execute small-crew or solo video shoots.
Operate cameras, LED lighting, and audio equipment with confidence.
Direct talent to achieve clear and on-brand performance.
Manage logistics for local and occasional travel-based shoots.
Capture still photography at events.
Work directly with marketing, leadership, and various internal teams.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders about timelines and content goals.
Ensure brand consistency across all produced assets.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of modern video production tools.

Experience

3–5 years of professional experience in video production or a related field.
Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other tools.
Strong portfolio demonstrating editing, motion graphics, and video projects.
Experience developing animated content for multiple platforms.
Solid understanding of cinematography principles and audio capture.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
Comfortable working with executives and non-actors.
Ability to work independently while coordinating with a distributed team.
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Film Production, or equivalent experience preferred.
