Drive continuous improvement of the website and keep it up to date, treating it as a living product rather than a set-and-forget asset.
Fine-tune stakeholder inputs: sharpen copy, improve information hierarchy and design.
Uphold a consistent bar for brand, voice, accessibility, and visual quality across every page.
Set up quantitative metrics tied to the website's objectives and track them.
Review and improve SEO, GEO, and user-funnel performance.
Partner with engineering to design and develop the tooling and infrastructure behind the site.
Align teams for coherent messaging across design and product updates.
Ensure linkage between the website and adjacent content like blog and podcast channels.

Experience

7+ years of experience across web operations, digital project management, design production, or a web producer role.
Strong project-management fluency including intake, prioritization, and clear status communication.
Ability to execute meaningful design and copy edits to a professional standard.
Comfort setting up and reading web/analytics data and translating it into decisions.
Working knowledge of SEO and GEO best practices and modern CMS platforms.
Familiarity with A/B testing, personalization, and QA workflows.
Technical literacy to collaborate with engineering on tooling and infrastructure.
