Director, Design (Provider)

• Drive provider experience strategy and vision with cross-functional partners.
• Ensure high-craft design execution for provider products.
• Grow and manage a high performing design team.

• 5+ years leading design team for complex B2B SaaS platforms with consumer-grade UX.
• Experience with hyper-growth startups (Series C+) and larger companies.
• Proven track record partnering with product managers, engineers, and leadership.
• Experience building scalable design systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-craft individual work and systematic design approaches.

Pay range: $255K - $300K
