Lead Product Designer

• Design product experiences for CoinTracker’s multiple product lines that embody the company's mission.
• Lead the end-to-end design process for CoinTracker products, from concept ideation to final implementation.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements.
• Mentor more junior members of the design team.
• Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Utilize user research and data analysis to inform design decisions.
• Maintain and improve design systems and guidelines.
• Champion user-centric design principles within the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design and the crypto space.

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Nice to haves: Motion design, Brand and Design systems experience; knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the fintech industry is a plus.

Pay range: $175K - $200K
