Lead the end-to-end design for complex web and mobile applications from user research to execution.
Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Create and maintain a cohesive design system across Alpaca’s product ecosystem.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, partner success teams, and fellow designers.
Balance multiple projects and consistently raise design quality.

Experience

7+ years of experience in product design, with experience launching complex operations management tools in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of user research and creating engaging experiences.
Experience in a collaborative, remote environment with strong communication skills.
Experience in designing intuitive operational tools and meaningful metrics.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate processes and recommend solutions.
Technical proficiency in working with APIs and design implementation.
