Staff UX Designer, Product Management

• Drive and own change across the organization, maintaining responsibility for the health and vision of broad business themes.
• Anticipate shifts and create roadmaps out of high disorder to solve complex business problems.
• Spot needs outside immediate work, prioritize for maximum impact and help others pivot during transitions.
• Drive design patterns, break large initiatives into parts for the team, and contribute to Saviynt's pattern library.
• Mentor junior designers and manage contractor teams, overseeing technical quality.
• Align with Product Management and Engineering to fulfill product vision.
• Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect final products.
• QA work post-UI development for visual and interactive perfection, providing feedback to developers.

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a web-based, product-centric company, with a background in SaaS products.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or related field.
• Proven track record in driving and owning initiatives from concept to delivery, managing teams.
• Experience prioritizing for impact across a broad business theme and providing transitional clarity.
• Understanding complex data structures and providing design options on hierarchies.
• Collaborative, organized, self-motivated, and open to feedback.
• Mastery in creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Experience with HTML and CSS for front-end prototyping.
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
• Experience with user research, data collection, and rapid iteration.
• Customer-centric portfolio demonstrating design process from concept to delivery.

Pay range: $150K - $180K
