Engineering Manager, Infra & Platform

• Lead the Infrastructure and Platform teams providing secure, scalable, and intuitive foundations.
• Implement scalable infrastructure and platform foundations to support growth.
• Establish a roadmap for developer productivity improvements.
• Deliver key shared services such as auth, audit logging, and observability.
• Develop and communicate a clear strategy for the Infrastructure and Platform teams.
• Lead a team of 5-6 engineers, providing clarity, prioritization, and coaching.
• Drive the roadmap for infrastructure reliability, scalability, and core platform services.
• Guide architecture evolution towards modular, service-oriented systems.
• Foster a culture of ownership, learning, and technical excellence.

• 2+ years of engineering management experience leading infrastructure or platform teams.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, and modern infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Experience building or scaling shared platform services.
• Familiarity with architecting software to enterprise-grade requirements around security, governance, and compliance.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic trade-offs.
• Strong architectural instincts to guide teams toward sustainable, scalable solutions.

Pay range: $264K - $297K
