Participate in product strategy, design, and product discussions with internal teams
Communicate codebase capabilities and constraints to the product team

Connect with the software development community and track latest trends
Mentor developers on software development techniques, standards, and best practices

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant experience
5+ years of experience with object-oriented programming or web frontend frameworks
Experience developing to inclusive design and accessibility standards
Deep technical understanding of web standards and cross-browser compatibility
Experience with HTML, CSS, LESS, JavaScript, React, jQuery, JSON, and XML
Experience with newer CSS concepts such as feature queries and grid layout
Experience with responsive web app development
Experience with API calls and managing frontend state
Experience with Git and handling merge conflicts
Understanding of information security procedures and baseline controls
