Lead development for mission-critical systems, delivering high availability and performance
Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, understanding the entire software development process from design to deployment to maintenance
Actively participate in client meetings, tailoring communications professionally and effectively to fit the audience
Write well-designed, testable, efficient code
Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Provide constructive feedback in code reviews and help team members improve their skills
Prepare and produce releases of software components
Support continuous improvement by researching and implementing new alternatives and technologies
Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
