Senior Software Engineer, Core Experiences - Greensboro, NC, USA

• Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to scope projects and deliver solutions via our cross-platform SDK
• Optimize existing functionality to improve load times and parsing by designing efficient abstractions and improving algorithms
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin

• Experience with systems thinking and the ability to design end-to-end solutions
• Speed in generating ideas and decision-making
• Ability to focus and work effectively in a remote, high-growth startup environment
• Collaborative skills to work with designers, marketers, and PMs
• Preferred experience with Kotlin Multiplatform; Java experience is acceptable but the role focuses on Kotlin
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform is a plus

Pay range: $140K - $200K
