Define the technical foundation and architecture for the Ground Mobile Android app, in partnership with your teammates.
Build resilient Kotlin client-side logic with offline-first principles.
Collaborate with product and design to translate customer frustrations into technical solutions.
Write code for communication with 360-degree cameras and high-accuracy GPS.
Establish Android CI/CD, testing standards, and release tooling from scratch.
Use ARCore and AI to prototype new visualization methods.
Elevate team output through reviews and hackathons.
Participate in occasional onsite visits to experience field workflows and build customer empathy.

Experience

5+ years of experience delivering mobile applications.
Strong command of Kotlin and modern Android practices.
Experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or inter-hardware communication with Android.
Proficiency with Android Studio Profiler, Firebase Crashlytics, and monitoring technologies.
Proactive use of AI-assisted tools to enhance software development.
Experience explaining complex technical trade-offs to non-technical teammates.
Experience with or eagerness to learn backend stack (Python, Tornado, MongoDB).
Experience with ARCore, spatial computing, or 3D capture workflows.
Familiarity with external camera hardware protocols like Bluetooth or Wi-Fi Direct.
Experience transforming proof-of-concept mobile work into production-quality apps.
Professional iOS experience.
