Software Engineer II, Backend (Credit Decisioning)

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders in the product development lifecycle.
• Support operations and availability of team's artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics.
• Engage in growth and development activities such as participation in the interview process.

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience in designing, developing and launching backend systems.
• Proficient in Python or Kotlin.
• Familiar with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes.
• Ability to write clear, well-tested and extensible code.
• Experience in navigating large codebases and performing code reviews.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.

Pay range: $142K - $210K
