Sr. Software Engineer

• Own the technical vision and direction for your domain, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical bottlenecks, maintaining performance of SaaS applications.
• Champion Agile ceremonies and workflows for iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews adhering to coding standards.
• Champion AI-driven development to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
• Use AI tools daily for coding, code analysis, and problem-solving.
• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers to foster technical skills and an ownership mindset.

• Deep expertise in .NET (C#) and TypeScript/Node with understanding of React.JS and modern JavaScript architecture.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of multi-threading and asynchronous operations.
• Proven ability to build stability into the SDLC, understanding the test pyramid (unit, integration, and E2E).
• Curiosity about the integration of AI tools in engineering.
• Model excellence and take responsibility for team outputs, evolving code review processes.
• Act as a technical steward balancing speed with long-term stability, managing technical debt.
• Work as a peer to Product Management, suggesting technologies to solve challenges.
• Passion for continuous learning and elevating standards.
• Align technical decisions with the mission of empowering users.

Pay range: $114K - $140K
