Staff DevOps Engineer — Developer Infrastructure - LATAM (Remote)

- Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform.
- Make agents first-class developers by generalizing agent isolation patterns.
- Own the validation platform and quality gate frameworks.
- Build internal tooling, observability, and metrics.
Experience
- Staff-level ownership in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or SRE.
- Active use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflow.
- Deep Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS experience.
- Strong IaC (Terraform) and GitOps experience.
- Identity, access, and policy-as-code experience.
- Proven track record building self-service developer platforms or internal developer portals.
- CI/CD depth including caching/parallelism, artifact management, test reliability, and pipeline observability.
- Cost-awareness in platform building.
- Excellent cross-team communication.
