Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

• Drive Demandbase’s AI productivity strategy by enabling responsible AI adoption.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks related to AI and machine learning.
• Develop a long-term, risk-based information security strategy.
• Lead and mentor a global team of security experts.
• Own the global information security governance framework and IT risk management programs.
• Partner with engineering and DevOps to embed security into development lifecycles.
• Ensure secure practices for all cloud-native and customer-facing products.
• Partner with compliance on global security and privacy frameworks.
• Operationalize data privacy and security-by-design principles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and communicate with external partners.
• Lead centralized data management initiatives.
• Ensure oversight of business systems and internal tooling.

• 12+ years in information security roles, with 5+ years at VP/CISO level in SaaS.
• Expertise in securing multi-tenant SaaS applications in public cloud environments.
• Track record in managing global compliance initiatives.
• Proven success in attracting, retaining, and developing security talent.
• Deep understanding of secure software development and infrastructure security models.
• Ability to set strategy, define metrics, and lead day-to-day execution.
• Strong executive presence and public speaking skills.
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCISO, or equivalent.

Pay range: $237K - $355K
