Director of Customer Success - Identity Security - West

- Develop and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy integrated with business objectives.
- Establish goals and KPIs for customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue.
- Collaborate with leadership for strategic alignment of initiatives.
- Directly manage the West Coast team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
- Ensure team provides strategic adoption recommendations and routine health checks.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of Customer Success processes.
- Monitor key metrics to manage risks and unlock opportunities.
- Own and drive renewal and expansion numbers, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Develop strategies for retention, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Forecast renewals and expansion revenue collaboratively.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- Build executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Champion customer feedback internally.
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success leadership.
- 4+ years in a senior leadership position at a Cybersecurity SaaS company.
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Expertise in large-scale cloud, hybrid, and on-premise IT architectures.
- Experience building and leading high-performing Customer Success teams in SaaS.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record exceeding ambitious renewal and expansion targets.
- Experience with Customer Success platforms like Gainsight.
