Lead Technical Program Manager

• Lead complex new product programs from early concept and technical discovery through development, launch, iteration, and scale.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate product strategy into executable roadmaps.
• Create clarity around architecture, dependencies, risk, operational readiness, and critical decisions as products move through different stages of development.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, Data, Analytics, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure launches work end to end.
• Build launch and experimentation frameworks that help teams test assumptions and use data to inform future strategies.
• Anticipate technical and operational constraints early and help balance speed to market with reliability.

• 8+ years of experience leading complex technical programs.
• Proven experience taking products from early definition through launch.
• Strong technical fluency across modern software systems including mobile applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience operating in ambiguous product environments.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, analytics, launch readiness, and product development lifecycles.
• Ability to identify dependencies and risks across multiple teams.

Pay range: $174K - $230K
