Senior DevOps Engineer - LATAM (Remote)

- Build and operate the self-service infrastructure platform.
- Create the golden paths engineers and agents ship on, including a unified CI/CD pipeline, GitOps-based delivery, and an IaC module catalog.
- Generalize agent isolation patterns into reusable platform primitives.
- Build and operate the validation platform and quality gates.
- Own the reliability and observability of built platforms, creating dashboards and operational controls.
Experience
- Senior-level experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering with production infrastructure at scale.
- Active use of AI development tools in infrastructure workflow.
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS) and AWS (IAM, VPC, ECR, SSM/Secrets Manager, S3, SQS, Lambda, RDS/Aurora).
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and GitOps.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
- Full incident-ownership experience, including on-call duties and incident follow-up.
- Excellent cross-team communication skills.
