Sr. IT Analyst

• Administers and continually improves the Okta driven identity access management program.
• Acts as a ‘site advocate’ to facilitate resolution of issues with urgency.
• Develops key relationships with site leaders and user base, monitors user experience.
• Provides C-Level support for incidents and requests.
• Drives the adoption of new technologies and creates relationships with key partners.
• Prioritizes and facilitates support issues.
• Provides administrative functions in coordinating site activities.
• Assists in or manages IT optimization projects.
• Promotes, enforces, and creates IT policies, processes & standards.
• Maintains, updates, and monitors inventory and audits assets.
• Continually learns new technologies and stays current.

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT customer support and business partnership.
• Extensive experience with Apple and PC hardware and operating systems.
• Experience with Okta administration.
• History of systems administration.
• Experience with Microsoft products.
• Fluency in Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Office/O365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Experience in setting-up workstations, printers, locations, and managing meetings, projects, and reviews.
• Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus.
• Experience developing policies and procedures is a plus.
• Experience in IT-centric complex projects of large scope is a plus.
• Experience with organizational change management for new solutions/implementations is a plus.

Pay range: $70K - $110K
