  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to craft and execute the sales strategy for the Converged Identity Platform, focusing on Privilege Access Manager (PAM).
  • Lead key sales conversations and presentations throughout the customer lifecycle to maximize revenue and ensure customer success.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to adjust sales strategies and drive growth.
  • Engage and build relationships with partners to drive revenue growth and product adoption.
  • Drive profitable subscription revenue growth.
  • Assess and improve current partnerships and optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and implement partner strategies to establish a predictable revenue stream.
  • Propose and implement adjustments to optimize sales performance.
  • Refine sales processes, tools, and resources with cross-functional teams to support growth.
  • Train and enable field Account Executives and customer-facing teams on the Converged Identity Platform.
  • Develop and deliver sales enablement content and training materials.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to align product development with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop competitive positioning and increase market awareness.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers with insights and recommendations.

Experience

  • 5 + years of proven experience in sales, ideally in the Privilege Access Management technology space.
  • Strong understanding of subscription-based business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex PAM strategies and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience selling to enterprise-level customers in a security-focused environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Strong business acumen with market analysis skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience with Privilege Access Management vendor or partner.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription revenue strategies.
  • Previous experience working in or managing remote teams.
