Ads Strategy and Operations Program Manager

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception to completion.
• Manage the execution of strategies and oversee workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve effectiveness.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams for successful project delivery.
• Analyze complex problems using data to develop data-driven recommendations.
• Align stakeholders across departments to achieve desired outcomes.
• Define strategic themes, plans with OKRs, and track KPIs to execute plans.

• 10+ years of experience in program management or management consulting.
• Experience with scaled advertising businesses is preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams and stakeholders.
• Superior communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strategic thinker and thought leader for leadership teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis for growth opportunities.
• Strong understanding of business principles and market dynamics.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred.
• Ability to manage complex, multifaceted programs and drive execution.
• Experience with program management tools and methods.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and follow industry trends.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and starting from scratch.

Pay range: $143K - $210K
