Translate GTM strategy into scalable workflows and plays inside Outreach for outbound, inbound, and customer engagement motions.
Design how AI agents communicate with prospects and integrate into seller workflows, including lead prioritization and automated follow-up.
Define how data, signals, and AI decisioning drive actions within Outreach, ensuring integration with CRM and data systems.
Lead internal rollout of Outreach's latest AI capabilities and features, partnering with Sales and Enablement.
Run experiments on messaging, sequences, AI prompts, agent behavior, and channel strategies to improve pipeline generation.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to surface feedback from revenue teams and shape roadmap direction.

Experience

7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or similar role
Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies
Hands-on experience with Outreach or comparable sales engagement platforms
Ability to design scalable workflows
Experience in building or optimizing GTM processes at scale
Knowledge of AI in sales and marketing, including LLMs and automation
Data-driven mindset with a track record in experimentation and performance analysis
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
