Analytics Engineer (Product)

• Lead with data by defining, building, and owning end-to-end analytical solutions from modeling to pipeline to dashboard.
• Develop with an Analytics-as-Code mindset leveraging Redshift, dbt, SQL, and Git.
• Design impactful dashboards in Sigma for strategic decision-making.
• Own data products end-to-end to establish single sources of truth and expand self-service data adoption.
• Get up to speed on Flock’s tools, data ecosystem, and customers.
• Take ownership of tickets and begin contributing to product data architecture.
• Draft updated platform and sharing data model.
• Deploy owned platform and sharing data model.
• Model enhancements to LTE data architecture.
• Deliver a production-ready LTE data model.
• Integrate into AWS reporting pipeline for product and service enhancements.
• Support the larger Product and Product Operations teams at a strategic level.

• 5+ years of impact-driven experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Engineer, or Data Analyst.
• Expertise in SQL, dbt, and Git for scalable, version-controlled analytics workflows.
• Experience in data modeling and implementing best practices within enterprise data warehouses.
• Experience in building modern BI solutions, preferably with Sigma.
• Proven experience with large data (device telemetry, network, LTE/AWS data).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience experimenting with AI tools like Cursor and Glean for internal workflows.

Pay range: $125K - $175K
