Associate General Counsel, Commercial

- Act as a strategic legal partner to BCM, Product, Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
- Negotiate complex commercial, technology, and infrastructure integration as well as data licensing deals with TradFi clients.
- Negotiate strategic and tailor-made partnership agreements with other major players in the blockchain and RWA industry.
- Leverage a strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements and frameworks relevant to technology service providers.
Experience
- 10+ years of relevant PQE legal experience, either inhouse or with foundational training at a top-tier law firm in a corporate or transactional practice.
- At least 2 years of in-house experience at a technology company, structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- A strong track record of independently leading complex commercial transactions.
- License to practice law or equivalent in the US, UK or gained LLM from such jurisdictions.
- Proven leadership experience, setting best practice and business partnering.
- Previous experience line managing legal counsel.
- Solid financial services background, with prior experience working in or with regulated financial services firms.
- Familiarity with digital asset regulation, blockchain infrastructure, and tokenized assets.
- Prior experience supporting legal aspects of go-to-market strategies or cross-border technology deployment.
