Bridge Loan Specialist

• Calculate Knock Bridge Loan advance amounts using internal calculations and guidelines
• Accurately condition loan files based on the loan application and file documentation
• Provide consistent internal communication regarding loan status and approval updates
• Communicate effectively and professionally with external Lending Partners, Agents, and Borrowers
• Review title reports and homeowners/flood insurance to ensure Knock’s lien position and security interest
• Efficiently and effectively manage and process a daily pipeline of loans while maintaining company turn times
• Understand and stay current with all company policies, procedures, industry regulations, and changes impacting Knock and the broader industry
• Continuously learn and grow while supporting the development of others; serve as a mentor and resource both within and beyond your team
• Take on ad-hoc projects as they arise and proactively support the team wherever help is needed

• Successful experience working as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor or Junior Underwriter
• Solid understanding of underwriting processes and lending systems
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret and apply lending guidelines
• Excellent organizational skills to manage many competing priorities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven efficiency and success in managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Quick learner with an innate ability to adopt new technologies
• Passion for real estate disruption
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing growth environment
• Strong knowledge of various loan products, credit reports, and debt-to-income ratios
• Demonstrated success working 100% remotely
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience

Pay range: $70K - $70K
