Experience

- Able to clearly talk about the details and also zoom out to the bigger picture
- Thought partner to Head of Finance — able to connect accounting details to clear insights for execs and the board
- Track record of preparing a company for its first external audit — including documentation, policies, and controls
- Proven ability to handle complex revenue recognition under ASC 606 (subscription, implementation, support, consulting)
- Ability to scale an Accounting org while supporting rapid growth, with an emphasis on an automation-first mindset
- 8+ years of total relevant experience
