Corporate Recruiter (1099 Contractor)

  • Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting: strategically partner with operational hiring leaders, source, screen, and schedule candidates, analyze interview data, own closing and offer process, ensure smooth onboarding through People Operations partnership
  • Establish and maintain trusting relationships with cross-functional partners across Talent & Culture, Strategic Finance, Legal, and others
  • Deliver qualified, diverse pipelines for active roles, as well as actively network and establish strong relationships internally and externally
  • Contribute ideas toward the continuous improvement of recruiting processes, inclusive hiring strategies, and best practices

Experience

  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience; start-up experience a plus!)
  • 3+ years experience working with a company size of 500+ employees, including non-exempt and international workforce
  • Experience identifying, engaging and closing direct and passive candidates
  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Strong time management in handling multiple priorities, managing hiring initiatives, and meeting deadlines
  • Possess a data driven mindset
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and job board platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Experience working in G-Suite, Slack, Jira, Okta, Macbook

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $87K - $100K
