Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Generate actionable insights for GTM, Product, and Operations teams.
• Develop and deliver company performance narratives for MBR/QBR forums.
• Prioritize and execute project roadmap for analysis and recommendations.
• Lead team to deliver critical business insights and influence leadership.
• Mentor and optimize productivity across the business analytics team.
• Develop scalable processes to monitor data integrity.
• Gather and translate business requirements into solutions.
• Establish and scale the analytics function.
• Define analytics roadmap, KPIs, and governance.
• Design experiments, define metrics, and deliver dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate on BI, data warehouse, and analytics stack implementation.
• Drive understanding of user behavior for product development.
• Provide insights to executive team to guide decisions.
• Promote data literacy and ensure access to metrics.

• 6+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or strategy.
• 2+ years experience building and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).
• Strong communication skills for recommendations.
• Experience leading and building an analytics team.
• In-depth understanding of B2B sales demand generation and forecasting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product design and customer KPIs.
• Experience analyzing data from multiple systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to present to C-level and perform data deep-dives.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay range: $180K - $220K
