  • Design and implement a global partner program aligned with Saviynt’s business goals.
  • Define partner tiers, benefits, incentives, and requirements.
  • Launch initiatives for partner engagement and enablement.
  • Collaborate on governance, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.
  • Manage partner portals and digital systems.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement and grow partner programs and ensure alignment.
  • Develop and manage partner enablement programs and training.
  • Lead partner events and feedback loops.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes.

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales programs, and management.
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing global partner programs.
  • Experience overseeing partner agreements/partner contracting.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity and/or SaaS landscape.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Problem solver and self-motivated.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
