Director, Product Management - Privileged Access Management

  • Own the complete lifecycle of key product areas, from initial concept and strategic roadmap to successful launch and ongoing evolution.
  • Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics to define compelling product requirements that engineering teams can build upon.
  • Develop and refine product strategies that clearly articulate competitive advantage and unlock new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design to ensure delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable identity security solutions.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to craft go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Leverage data and insights, including AI-driven analytics, to monitor product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Act as a key advisor and advocate for product areas, building relationships and driving adoption.
  • Champion new product initiatives by articulating their value proposition and strategic importance.

Experience

  • Proven experience in defining and managing software product roadmaps and requirements.
  • Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles and solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their implications for product development.
  • Experience with API design and integration strategies.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and engage in detailed product discussions with engineering.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and influence skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Proactive and results-oriented approach to driving projects forward.
  • 15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile development environment.
  • Track record of conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $200K - $240K
