  • Aligning product investments with company growth and retention targets to drive customer value and company success via differentiated capabilities serving mid-market B2B sales organizations
  • Managing and developing a team of product managers into a high-performing group implementing best-in-class product practices
  • Developing and championing a deep understanding of our customers’ needs through customer interactions, market research, user feedback, analyst input, and competitive analysis
  • Defining and prioritizing the AI-Driven Seller Experience product strategy and roadmap
  • Partnering with UX, Engineering, and Knowledge Management to drive roadmap execution through discovery, definition, delivery, and outcome measurement
  • Establishing consistent, sustainable customer, partner, and stakeholder input points to steer product direction, feature design, and prioritization
  • Developing and monitoring product KPIs and metrics that influence future product plans
  • Continually improving product processes, with particular focus on product discovery, definition, validation, and outcome-driven development
  • Preparing and presenting company-wide and customer-facing product updates and product evangelism on a regular basis
  • Supporting go-to-market teams and processes to maximize the customer benefit and revenue impact of product development efforts

Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years as a product leader managing other Product Managers
  • Prior experience in mid-market B2B software
  • Deep understanding of Sales Execution and/or CRM, including buyer needs, innovation trends, and competitive landscape
  • Well-rounded business, design, and tech acumen facilitating impactful discussions with customers, sales, analysts, designers, and engineers
  • Strong product management skills, including product discovery, roadmap, prioritization, negotiation, consensus building, and evangelizing
  • Demonstrated product ownership background, including product definition, backlog management, writing user stories, leading grooming, and facilitating development
  • Inspiring presentation style and storytelling
  • Compelling written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with individuals, managers, and executives
  • Proven experience using data to drive decision-making
  • Solid attention to detail and pride of ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience

Salary and Perks

Pay range: $200K - $225K
